More than 350 leaders from around the Sword of the Spirit as well as some guests from our strategic partners gathered in Costa Rica for four days of inspiring talks, useful workshops, lively worship times and upbuilding fellowship.
New President and International Executive Council
Elections for a new International President of the Sword of the Spirit as well as members of the International Executive Council (IEC) took place during the meeting of the International Assembly last May, 2024 in Costa Rica. They will serve for a 4-year period effective immediately.
We would like to introduce Manny de los Santos as the new International President of the Sword of the Spirit. Manny is a coordinator of the Ang Ligaya Ng Panginoon Community (LNP) in Manila since 1984. He also serves as a Regional Coordinator (doing community building work for 2 communities in Australia).
The new IEC is now composed of Luis Brenes (Arbol de Vida, San Jose, Costa Rica), Anton Colella (Risen Christ, Glasgow, Scotland), Manny de los Santos (Ligaya ng Panginoon, Manila, Philippines), David Mijares (Jesed, Monterrey, Mexico), Andy Juan (Ligaya ng Panginoon, Manila, Philippines), James Munk (Work of Christ, Lansing Michigan, USA) and Jeff Smith (Triumph of the Cross, Maryland, USA). RIchard Perry (Antioch, London, England) serves as the International Executive Secretary.
Let us continue to pray for our brothers in leadership during this period. May God give them the grace to be faithful to him and to extend the Bulwark.
